Outgoing Kitui Governor Kaluki Ngilu has once again found herself on the crossroad with the assembly she is supposed to work closely.
The Governor Is blaming every body who comes across her mind, she is now blaming Hon David Musila, and MCA’s for Halting Kpsb from Hiring County staff.
The Governor has been requested by Mwingi Inhabitants to stop blame games and serve the people of kitui.
