High court lawyer WILFRED NYAMU spares DCI BOSS GEORGE KINOTI
Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss George Kinoti will not serve the four-month jail sentence handed to him by the High Court.
DCI BOSS ,GEORGE KINOTI , through his lawyer WILFRED NYAMU has filed an affidavit appealing warrant of arrest and subsequent jail term for contempt of court issued against him by the high court on Tuesday 15 , citing that he had been subjected to harassment
This is after a three-judge bench granted temporary orders stopping the execution of the said judgement pending a ruling on the matter on April 1, 2022.
