WIPER TOP ORGANS RESOLVE TO GIVE TICKET TO POPULAR DR. MALOMBE

KIEMA KILONZO’s THREATS OF COURT ACTION….A LOUD FART ON A WINDY DAY

The Facts

¶✓ The decision to give Malombe a direct ticket has been ratified by the National Executive Committee of Wiper and the party’s National Elections Board

These are 2 entities that have the mandate to award party tickets as they deem fit.

¶✓ The party has its own internal dispute resolution mechanisms which have not been explored by the dissenting party.

¶✓ Before court, there is the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal which Kiema is fearing.

¶✓ It should be noted that Kiema has not moved to any Court in Kenya. If he will, he stands a zero chance.

¶✓ It should be noted that Kevin Muasya is not party to Kiema’s latest shenanigans. His insistent mention of Kevin through his dumakuwili bloggers is fashioned as a scarescrow and to give him political weight.
Kiema without Kevin is like a car without both Engine & Gearbox!

¶✓ Kiema has teamed up with David Mailu Musila to finish Kalonzo. It is not lost on anyone that Musila in his colourless campaigns has been advocating for Kiema to be voted for by his supporters in the imaginary nominations. He describes Kiema as weak & un-electable.

¶✓ Consensus talks have been held in both Machakos and Makueni counties where candidates agreed to sit down and talk. Kiema has ignored summons for consensus talks 3 times even ignoring the party leader’s phone calls.

¶✓ Kiema is now actively working for David Musila who aims to knock Malombe out of the contest because Malombe has a solid following in Mwingi region.

¶✓ Kiema’s legal advisor is a failed politician & a serial litigant who ran for the Mwingi Central seat and failed twice in nominations stage.

¶✓ The same fellow went to court to challenge Wiper’s nomination.
The judge said the flimsy matter was not worthy the paper it was written on and threw the case out. Same thing will happen here – if it ever gets to that point.

¶✓ Wiper’s NEC & NEB are only acknowledging what the people of Kitui are saying.
